The SHI 202 FC is a floating caliper industrial disc brake. It is spring applied and hydraulically released.

This hydraulic disc brake is used primarily in holding and emergency stop applications. As a safety brake, it is installed and designed for braking on the output shaft. The floating caliper configuration makes this brake ideal for situations with lateral space constraints.
